You’re probably limited to AGP video cards. In that case, your best bet is the ATI 3650. You can get it for around on Newegg.com. There’s just not much sense in spending more on such an old system with such a limited upgrade path. You’d be better off purchasing a whole new system. Even a 0-800 system will perform at least 4x as well in new games. If you’re unable to afford such a large upgrade, the best possible AGP card you can get is the ATI 3850. This will be bottlenecked by your slow processor, though. It costs ~0.
As for power supplies, a 400w one will be sufficient. Good brands are PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic, Corsair, Antec, Silverstone, and Enhance. You’re looking at -80.
